As we all put away our “white pants, shoes and shorts” and our summer sports equipment, the nights are getting a bit cooler and so is the housing market. Autumn is traditionally a time when thoughts turn to finding ways to keep cozy at home near the fireplace and in the kitchen preparing more robust meals and laughing with friends, as the holidays approach and the days grow shorter. The incentive to sell grows less as the desire to spend time with family increases.
