The Santa Clara Valley is about an hour south of San Francisco in Northern California.

The northern, urbanized end of the valley is part of a region locally known as the “South Bay” and also part of the famous electronics/technology research and manufacturing area known as Silicon Valley. Most of the Santa Clara Valley is in Santa Clara County, including its county seat, San Jose. The valley, named after the Spanish Mission Santa Clara, was for a time known as the Valley of Heart’s Delight for its high concentration of orchards, flowering trees, and plants.

Silicon Valley is home to cities like San Jose, Cupertino, Campbell, Los Altos, Los Gatos, Mountain View, and more.

The Tri-Valley is approximately 30 miles northeast of Silicon Valley and is comprised mainly of the cities of Livermore, Pleasanton, and Dublin.  It’s also home to beautiful homes, over 50 wineries, a thriving arts and entertainment community, Lake Del Valle, parks, hiking, camping, restaurants, boutique and upscale outlets shopping, charming downtowns, and so much more.
