Homes are still selling quite briskly, with short days-on-market and top prices, but buyers have a little more to choose from and we are seeing fewer multiple offers on each home.

“The Avenue” portion in downtown Willow Glen of Lincoln Avenue is now on its “road diet”, with only two lanes for traffic, bike lanes on either side, and a more friendly pedestrian/restaurant environment. Three cheers, and we hope the change is permanent.
