The Nick and Barbara Lymberis Team established Perfect Harmony Properties in the Willow Glen neighborhood of San Jose in Silicon Valley  as their own brokerage early in their 25-year career, which began in 2001, and have operated as Independent Brokers there as well as occasionally also joining large brokerages Coldwell Banker, Keller Williams, and Compass as Broker Associates for periods of time over their long career.  For the past few years, they have been a team exclusively at Perfect Harmony Properties.

Perfect Harmony Properties is licensed to assist sellers, buyers, and investors all over California.  Their key geographical areas are the Silicon Valley metro area (Morgan Hill up thru the Peninsula) and the Tri Valley metro area in the East Bay (Livermore, Pleasanton, Dublin, San Ramon).

Over our 25 years of full-time real estate work, the Lymberis Team has represented over 250 properties of all sizes, price ranges, and condition.

Both Nick and Barbara are Brokers.  Nick came to Real Estate following 29 years as a practicing attorney, with 11 years as an Assistant D.A. and then 18 years in private practice handling litigation for a number of law areas including business and real estate.

Barbara’s career before Real Estate was focused on marketing and public relations for the tech industry and others.

Barbara was honored to serve as President of the Santa Clara County Real Estate Association in 2012, was named Realtor of the Year in 2015, and was given the President’s Choice Award in 2023.  Both served as long-time Directors for the California Association of Realtors, and Barbara was a National Association of Realtors Director for 3 years.
