We recently made a major decision to move from our own independently owned brokerage, Perfect Harmony Properties, to the Willow Glen office of Coldwell Banker.The industry has changed so much since we first launched PHP and opened our office on Lincoln Avenue in the Willow Glen neighborhood of San Jose! We loved our office, and its huge storefront window looking out on the bustling “The Avenue” of our little local downtown. That office was very good to us, but eventually we moved on and out, working from home and sharing conference space for meetings with clients. We were in charge of our own destiny, our own marketing/branding/advertising, and our own way of doing things. A true entrepreneurial lifestyle in a Valley known for doing just that! And for a long time, our business as an independent thrived.

Single Family and Condo/Townhome/Multifamily for sale: 675, 16 more than same time in 2016
Total homes Pending: 833, which is 36 less than same time in 2016
Average list price in January 2017: $954,249, a 9% increase over 2016
Average sold price in January 2017: $968,930, an 8% increase over 2016
