  • AI and Bot Performance Disclaimer: Communications may leverage Conversation AI, which can occasionally produce “hallucinations” or incorrect information.
    • The Company is not liable for any misinformation provided by the bot to the end-user.
    • The user is responsible for monitoring automated conversations and maintaining necessary human oversight.
  • Regulatory Compliance: The user is responsible for ensuring that all data collection and communication practices (including SMS and Email marketing) comply with local laws and regulations, such as the TCPA, GDPR, and CAN-SPAM.
